The Role
We are seeking a skilled Performance Optimization Engineer with expertise in MongoDB databases and Node.js servers to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and optimizing microservices, monitoring system performance, and designing scalable system architecture.
The primary focus of this role will be on optimizing, scaling, and fixing performance issues related to MongoDB databases and Node.js servers.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and optimize microservices applications using Node.js, emphasizing observability and performance optimization.
- Implement comprehensive observability solutions by integrating monitoring tools.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify and address performance issues.
- Design scalable system architecture to support the growth of our applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the scalability and performance of our systems.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in performance optimization and microservices development.
Ideal Profile
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in developing and optimizing microservices applications using Node.js.
- Experience in monitoring system performance and identifying and addressing performance issues.
- Strong knowledge of MongoDB databases and experience in optimizing and scaling them.
- Experience with cloud services, preferably AWS, and scaling web services on cloud platforms.
- Experience with designing scalable system architecture and implementing microservices-based solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
