The Planning Intern, reporting to the Team Lead in our Buenos Aires office, will perform task from Planning following defined standard operating procedures and contribute to the achievement of Planning performance and quality standards as defined in relevant service level agreements.

You will

  • Builds constructive relationships with cross functional teams and stakeholders
  • Communicate effectively with internal peers through communication tools.
  • Daily operations in the Planning area:
  • For Givaudan affiliate's buys:
  • Understand Incoterm impact and key stakeholders for follow-up.
  • Perform STO creation process
  • Perform follow up on deliveries
  • Collaborate in Lead time analysis
  • Adherence to service level.
  • Adherence to procedures.
  • KPIs update and development.

Your profile includes:

  • In progress Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
  • Professional experience: 6 months – 1 year of experience in Planning.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Experience with MS excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets).
  • Good keyboarding and data entry speed
