- Prepare and execute timely and accurate regular/ad hoc reports and analysis; according to the requirements and the instructions received from Local, Regional and PMI Operations Management.
- Analyze variances and gaps of forecasts vs actuals, identifying reasons and providing trends/alerts to Management about issues and deviations.
- Participate actively in month-end closing, analyzing cost accounts, detecting and correcting misclassifications, supporting areas and calculating KPIs.
Productivities
- Collect, report and follow-up manufacturing savings, interacting with areas.
- Challenge actual status and look for on top opportunities.
Inventories
- Own whole inventory counting process; participating in counts, reconciling and analyzing differences, calculating and proposing adjustments and preparing support documentation.
- Monitor periodically SAP inventories, checking warehouses, status and movements.
Who we’re looking for:
- Finance or Engineering Discipline university degree is required.
- Experience in controlling, analysis and reporting (3 years) is mandatory.
- Experience in inventory counting process is desirable.
- Professionals with collaboration, analytical and oriented to detail.
- Excel advanced knowledge.
- Intermediate level of English.
