Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ability to play the role of a trusted client advisor and navigate the client teams and environment in an independent manner.
- Ensure schedule adherence for PCF (Pivotal Cloud Foundry) and Azure migration activity milestones.
- Facilitate environment readiness, test initiation and sign-off.
- Communicate with multiple teams to understand and resolve issues.
- Work in close coordination with App Dev and Factory teams to streamline migration activities.
- Create and maintain documents in Confluence (e.g., build readiness checklist).
- Knowledge of maintaining environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod) setup, configuration and troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related area with 10+ years of experience.
- Experience in PCF, .Net or Java with Cloud and SRE.
- Experience with tools like Splunk and AppDynamics
- Strong analytic and problem-solving abilities and a strong work ethic with the ability to thrive in a team/collaborative environment.
