DirecciónResponsibilities:
- Understand the scope of work dedicated to each team member, create a comprehensive collaborative environment for them to share and escalate.
- Plan, monitor, and control all activities related to all assets/product development and roll-out, enabling a high-level view of a situation.
- Work in close collaboration with internal production teams to ensure successful execution.
- Make sure all projects are on track, deliver solutions using the established best practices and in accordance with the agreed SLAs\project timelines.
- Be responsible for monitoring statuses and budget expenditures, escalating any existing issues to the relevant personnel (Account Director).
- Identify and deal with any potential problems at early stages and provide solutions before the situation becomes critical.
- Keep track of possible risks, establish a plan for their mitigation.
- Manage communication with key stakeholders.
- Provide day-to-day monitoring and control of the level of the overall request and their statuses across all portfolios of projects.
