What will you do? (Responsibilities)
  • Knowledge in identifying, planning, and executing digital projects such as programming, robotics process automation, maximize utilization of existing digital tools, etc.

  • Connect with global teams to be the key contact for initiatives for operational excellence and continuous improvement, such as Factory of the Future, paperless initiatives, AI and RPAs.
  • Improve problem-solving capabilities within teams to increase autonomy and pace of change.
  • Gather user requirements to develop solutions and alternatives.
  • Identify opportunities, elaborate, and execute digital projects locally with an agile mentality, within resources in LATAM.
  • Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
  • Communicate and collaborate with users to analyze information needs and functional requirements.
  • Work with users and stakeholders to define concepts under direction of project leaders.
  • Serve as the conduit between the user community and the software development team through which requirements flow.
  • Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates.
  • Liaise between the business, technology teams and support teams.
  • Comply with company's Global IT Policies & Procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Work with regional and global PPI team to promote/standardize the PPI Business System further and share best practices.

How will you get here?
  • 2-year technical education beyond high school, associate degree preferred
  • Equivalent work experience acceptable
  • Relevant technical certificates a plus
  • 1-3 years' work experience
  • Demonstrates self-discipline and motivation in all aspects of job performance.
  • Experience with structured cabling implementation and design
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audience.
  • Able to complete assignment with minimal direction.
  • Must be able to work in a high-pressure team environment, handle multiple tasks and react quickly to networking problems and issues.
  • Must adapt to rapidly changing technologies.
  • Enhanced PC knowledge and skill sets utilizing Microsoft products
  • Interest in expanding one's knowledge in the technology industry.
  • Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
