Job Description
This is a key position on Pre sales LATAM finance team ( South and North of Latam). The role will interact closely with Commercial, Pre Sales, legal, service and post sales team
Pre Sales Finance team will be responsible for all finance activities between commercial proposal/ bidding processes until the PO is received
What are you going to do
Participating in sales kick off meeting
Contract review in order to identify financial triggers and contingencies
Analysis of sales prices, discounts cost and gross margin of commercial proposal
Working on commercial deals approval process- Sales force
Providing key information for the business decision and finding cost opportunities
Monitoring and analysis of commission payments
Revenue recognition ( USGAAP)
* responsible to secure compliance to revenue recognition standards.
* contracts revenue recognition analysis and documented in internal Revenue recognition data tool
Basic Requirements
Professional graduate of Public Accountant
Experience of at least 4 years in multinational accounting and finance areas
Strong revenue recognition and USGAAP knoledge
Advanced English language
Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Oracle
Ability to work in a team, self-management, responsibility and judgment
