Your role at Clorox :
Join our production team in San Juan as a Process and Improvement Methods Engineer. In this professional challenge, you will be responsible for analyzing manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and establishing optimal standards.
Your duties will include keeping these standards updated and aligning them with corporate policies. Additionally, you will be a key agent in promoting a culture of continuous improvement and waste reduction at all levels of the organization
In this role, you will :
Identifying, measuring, and eliminating losses : Eliminating efficiency losses through RCA and action plans, reducing raw material overconsumption, and process improvements.
Managing the Loss Elimination System by leading improvement implementation and tracking indicators, promoting a "Zero Losses" culture.
Establishing short, medium, and long-term plans for the development of the LEP pillar.
Managing Production Line Data Acquisition Systems (PLASMA). Developing Improvement Methodology : Leading and training improvement teams focused on loss elimination through root cause analysis, failure analysis, and defect elimination.
Acting as a strategic partner, collaborating closely with Maintenance and Production teams to facilitate loss and failure analysis processes in order to develop improvement plans for equipment and processes.
Determining and Standardizing Critical Processes : Surveying and updating common processes. Standardizing and maintaining critical processes.
Deploying, training, and auditing compliance with standardized processes.
Generating Tools for Control and Digital Development of Plant Processes : Designing platforms for production management, developing digital formats for information capture, applying technological tools for continuous improvement, and training and developing our team's skills in the use of new tools.

What we look for :
Engineering professionals with a minimum proven experience of 3 years in manufacturing companies in continuous improvement and loss elimination positions.
Analytical capacity, oriented towards problem detection and solution.
Strong communication skills, interpersonal relationship management, and collaboration abilities with the capacity to effectively influence cross-functional partners.
Advanced English level
