As a Production Analyst, you will be the point of contact for IT and business stakeholders.
In your first week in this Production Support role, you can expect to:
- Work closely with the Offshore team in driving continuous improvements in reducing debts through a problem management framework and implementation of automation solutions
- Work with different partners to ensure applications are recovered within agreed SLAs
- Liaise with the Offshore team in driving continuous improvements in reducing debts via problem management framework and implementation of automation solutions.
To apply for this Production Support role, you will need ten years of experience in the IT industry with 4-6 years of experience in Production Support engagements. You will also require the following:
- Technical skills in Angular 13, Dot Net, Web API, Type Script, JQuery, Azure with AKS
- Experience managing stakeholders with a consultative communication style when addressing issues and solutions
- ITIL Process exposure for Service
- Good knowledge and skills in MSSQL, Azure Storage Explorer, and DB concepts.
