DirecciónWe are supporting one of the main Telecom companies in the Latin America region to find their next Project Director to lead Wireless solutions in Argentina.
Responsibilities :
- Take responsibility for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects, ensuring consistency with the company's methodology, strategy, commitments, and goals.
- Lead the planning and implementation of projects. Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables. Constantly monitor and report on the progress of projects to all stakeholders.
Present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions.
- Conduct joint follow-up meetings with customers and project managers to keep projects on schedule.
- Be part of the escalation line to address network issues that may occur during and after network operation.
- Develop Project Management Plans for customers to enhance performance and achieve positive results in a short term.
- Strengthen customer relationships by maintaining a high technical profile and a professional approach to problems and questions posed by customers.
Qualifications :
- General knowledge of telecommunications (preference for a career in telecommunication / electronics).
- Over 5 years of experience managing deployment projects in telecommunications. (swaps)
- Experience working with major operators in Argentina.
- Experience working with service providers.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, with proficiency in communicating with internal customers.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
