One of our main clients inside Telecom sector, are looking for a Project Director, to join their team in Buenos Aires Argentina
Permanent position, direct hire.
Responsibilities :
Takes charge of planning and executing projects, facilitating the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables. Regularly monitors and reports project progress to all stakeholders, presenting reports that define project advancements, challenges, and proposed solutions.
Conducts regular joint follow-up meetings with customers and project managers to ensure projects adhere to scheduled deadlines.
Acts as part of the escalation line to address network issues that may arise during and after network operation.
Develops Project Management Plans for customers to enhance performance and achieve positive results in the short term.
Cultivates customer relationships by maintaining a high technical profile and a professional approach to addressing problems and inquiries posed by customers.
Manages requirements development, applying the best technology to meet business needs. Collaborates with high-level staff to develop strategies and optimal solutions
Requirements :
- 8 years of experience leading Telecom projects
- 5 years of experience managing deployment projects
Wide experience working with service providers.
PMP certification will be preferred.
Strong communication skills, proficient communication skills with internal customer.
Strong analytical and organization skills.
Fluent English is mandatory.
