About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of internal and external projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Working closely with a service coordinator, you will elevate our project organization and communication standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage IT projects from conception to completion in a fast-paced environment.
- Implement and adapt project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum and Kanban) to suit project and team needs.
- Ensure project goals, timelines, and deliverables are clearly communicated to team members and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth execution and delivery of projects.
- Identify, track, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by suggesting and implementing best practices in project management.
Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of project management experience, preferably in the IT sector.
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive and goal-oriented mindset, with a high level of initiative and creativity.
- Proficient in professional spoken English.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to work effectively with a diverse team.
