DirecciónThe Psychosocial Support Coordinator is responsible for supporting individual and organizational resilience through healthy, productive working environment, ensure providing NRC staff with the adequate and relevant medical and Psychosocial Support, ensure proper monitoring of work-related stress among NRC staff.
The role of the Psychosocial Support Coordinator extends to provide clinical support to NRC staff, NRC Human Resources and Health, Safety, and Security units in implementing its obligations in terms of health and well-being, with special focus on the mental health, and to provide trainings, awareness sessions, and related staff care services to staff to improve their capacity to recognize and manage work-related stress and coping with critical incidents
