Role Responsibilities
- Guarantee compliance with the delivery of purchases and contracts for our internal areas; ensure the supply and closing of tenders according to times and expectations coordinated with the user area.
- Bid, negotiate, execute and competitively manage agreements with Suppliers. Preparation of Specifications (Request For Proposal RFP).
- Assembly and comparative analysis of prices and awards. Elaboration of alternative scenarios and negotiation strategies.
- Active participation in preparing contractual documents.
- Work closely with internal areas to understand needs, identify new suppliers, products, improve prices, discounts, payment conditions, delivery, etc.
- Provide support to internal areas in the operational processes of preparation of Purchase Orders, bidding processes, troubleshooting on the Platform.
- Review and approval of purchase order.
- Internal Reporting : Prepare Area Management Reports : KPI, Savings & Cost Avoidance.
- Establish and enforce Sourcing & Procurement policies and procedures.
Role Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, in Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering or related with 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Solid Experience and Skill in Negotiations and Agreements with Suppliers.
- Advanced Office Management (Excel, Power Point), Oracle ERP, Purchasing Platforms (exclusive) and current use of these platforms.
- Proficiency in English (exclusive)
- Skills : Leadership, business knowledge, capacity for analysis and synthesis, results-oriented, assertive communication, cross-functional teamwork and problem solving.
