Position Summary:
We’re looking for a passionate QE Lead Engineer with strong communication skills, knowledge, and experience in BFS Products to perform quality engineering activities and focus on the delivery of valuable outcomes and ensures alignment to client and customer needs.
Mandatory Skills:
- Experience working with API Automation tools such as Postman.
- Experience working in AI tools like WorkFusion, UiPath.
- Experience working with AWS cloud-based solutions.
- Experience working with BFS Products like Temenos T24, Temenos Infinity, TAP.
- Experience working with Appian and other case management tools.
- Experience with agile project management tools such as JIRA/Confluence or HP ALM.
- Experience with automation tool TOSCA.
- Experience with writing scripts in BDD/TDD using Cucumber.
- Experience with mobile device automation.
- 10+ Year of experience Banking domain.
- Experience with banking channels like - IVR, Branch Teller, Mobile Banking, ATM, and Electronic Banking Services.
- Experience with retail, corporate and wealth management domain.
- Experience in core banking.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Expertise in Understanding, Analyzing and Consulting Business Requirements, tracking changes and maintenance of Requirements including identifying the limitations of the product and customizations viable in line with the needs.
- Expertise in designing and developing scripts through TOSCA for mobile device automation as per client defined technical specifications.
- Showcasing solutions for web and windows applications using RPA tool - UiPath tool along with implementing best practices.
- Implemented, reviewed, analyzed, and modified the serenity BDD (Selenium-Appian API) framework for Appian implementation engagements.
- Excellent knowledge on file based, API related methods (GET, PUT, POST and DELETE) for RESTful services and microservices architecture.
- Excellent knowledge on case management tool like Appian for end-to-end workflow management of business processes.
- Specialized in designing BDD scripts using Cucumber for GUI, Functionality, Integration, User Acceptance, including Regression for Web and Mobile Applications.
- Execute SQL queries based on the requirements and fetch data from various databases.
- Involved in code review for fine tuning performance related issues.
- Expertise in proposal building and advising on strategies for evaluation of tools or software required for implementation or upgrades.
- Ensuring all components provide quality and maintaining compliance with client processes and governing standards.
- Excellent experience in banking domain like financial crime, retail, corporate, cards and payments including understanding of the entire client application landscape for various engagements.
- Working in AGILE methodology projects, participating in scrum ceremonies on daily basis, explaining the underlying defects & issues in scrum call in detail.
- Experienced in defining and documenting the quality engineering approach and overarching plan and strategy across multiple applications through SDLC phases.
- Lead different modules and interfaces and guide team member with proven ability to lead and motivate teams to maximize productivity.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience in designing user guides or end user documentation to enable the client front and back-office team on the new application.
Salary Range: >$100,000
