Missions essentielles
We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to be part of the Regional Leadership Team based in Argentina. This position will report directly to the Managing Director and with dotted line to the Chief Commercial & Innovation Officer.
The main goal of this position is to provide commercial leadership within the region, being in charge of the commercial solutions development, managing directly key customers relationship based on trust on the domestic and export markets, focusing on long term view for the company and driving the x-matrix key initiatives for the strategic pillars related to this position.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and ensure execution of commercial strategy in Latin America.
Lead key customers relationships, focusing on commercial solutions.
Lead commercial team in the region.
Analyze market trends, economic and politic environment.
Negotiate and strong commercial acumen for LTAs and spot businesses.
Lead craft and specialty malt business.
Follow up and support account receivables and credits.
Support barley procurement and risk management strategy.
Support planning and supply chain with insights and future perspectives.
Profil / Compétences requises Master recherché
Strong Negotiation skills. High-level of interpersonal sensitivity and the ability to effectively communicate and work with others of diverse backgrounds and perspectives (both multicultural and multi-functional).
Minimum 7 years experience in sales management.
Minimum 3 years experience in global agricultural markets (economic and international trade perspective) & commodities risk management.
Minimum 5 years experience in supervising a team.
Fluent in Spanish, English and Portuguese.
University degree with orientation in business administration, economy, marketing or sales.
Traveling availability withing Argentina and abroad for regular customer facing meetings.
