T he Business Area Controlling (BAC) Sales LAC team is part of Global Controlling and has an opening for a Controller who is passionate about business and enjoys working with numbers.
In this role you will be supporting our LAC South MU activities , as well as being a trusted advisor and reliable Business Partner to the respective Business leaders .
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
- Actively support various activities to ensure financial performance, such as quarter end close, financial forecasting, and budgeting.
- Deliver outcome of assigned controlling tasks and processes, work independently within given area of responsibility, and manage interfaces to other units / controlling teams.
- Act as a constructive partner providing decision support within established business models.
- Represent the Controlling function and contribute to project milestones in cross-unit / -functional projects.
- Apply relevant guidelines & policies, keep informed about updates and raise compliance issues.
- Support and/or participate in projects to increase automation and simplify the processes in controlling.
- Safeguard financial compliance and ensure transparency.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

- I bring at least two years of professional work experience with a focus on Finance / Controlling.
