Reporting to the Supply Planning Team Manager, you will perform Supply Planning processes, following defined standard operating procedures, contributing to the achievement of Supply Planning performance and quality standards as defined in relevant service level agreements.

You will:

  • Improve processes
  • Provide professional support for colleagues
  • Build constructive relationships with cross functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Be the contact person for key stakeholders for operational topics
  • Work together with other work streams within the GBS in overseeing the end-to-end process

Daily operations in the Supply Planning area for materials under scope:

  • Improve inbound supply patterns and evaluate exception requests from site
  • Manage planning parameters and lead time data and evaluate exception requests from site
  • Perform stock transfers for inventory optimization purposes
  • Identify material supply constraints and collaborate with regional Supply Chain team to develop resolution options
  • Create presentation material for supply review and executive S&OP
  • Manage short/long-term supply issues from network that satisfies site/global requirements in most cost-effective manner
  • Analyze parameters, demand and inventory impact for formula transfer and mass replacement
  • Identify slow and obsolete inventory batches, review status and facilitate necessary stock transfers
  • Indicators development and update
  • Pain points analysis as inputs for Network Supply Planners and production planners
  • Ad-hoc request to provide perspective on network scenarios

Your professional profile requires:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • 2 years of experience in Planning
  • Experience with SAP PP/MM modules.
  • Advanced MS excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) knowledge.
