As we continue our rapid expansion, we are in search of an experienced IT recruiter to join our dynamic team, contribute to our accelerated growth, and play a pivotal role in implementing both internal and external processes.
Responsibilities :
- Identify and engage qualified IT candidates
- Analyze partner company needs to deeply understand their expectations and requirements.
- Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills and motivations.
- Collaborate closely with the team to enhance recruitment strategies.
- Design, roll out, and optimize both internal and external recruitment processes.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from selection to offer negotiation.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates and partner companies to ensure mutual satisfaction.
Desired Profile :
- Proven experience in IT recruitment, in an international context.
- A successful track record in recruitment process implementation.
- Ability to work remotely and manage time autonomously.
- Fluent in both English and French, both written and spoken.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Always updated on the latest trends and innovations in the IT sector.
