The Replenishment Planner, reporting to the Replenishment Planning Team Lead, is globally responsible for performing Replenishment Planning processes in a timely and accurate manner, in accordance with defined standard operating procedures contributing to the achievement of KPI's and quality standards as defined in relevant service level agreements. This position is temporary for 6 months.

You will:

  • Converse material requirements into stock transfer orders in SAP, check if the data is correct.
  • Ensure arrival, checking the status with logistics and related partners.
  • Understand Incoterm impact and key stakeholders for follow-up.
  • Perform and coordinate non-conformance and returns, working with Warehouse, Affiliates, Quality, Shoop floor and Planning
  • Find alternative sources by analyzing stocks and demand in affiliates when there is an issue with the current supplier.
  • Follow-up on production orders status to guarantee that the materials arrives on the expected date and inform if not.
  • Communication and management of inbound check-points with 3PL.

You?

Your professional profile requires:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or Administration.
  • Advanced Level of English.
  • 2+ years of experience in Planning, Logistics, Foreign Trade or Purchasing
  • Knowledge of SAP and Google tools.
