RuntheCSRfundedscholarshipproject,engagewithgirlscholarsandcommunicatewithdonors.
JobDescription
- Implements andcoordinates the scholarship project for selectedengineering students as per the ProjectImplementationplanandthetimeline.
- Identificationoftheeligiblestudentsforscholarshipfromthecolleges
- Actsas liaison betweenfaculty/staff, studentsto provideinformationandresourcesregardingscholarshipactivitiesandprograms.
- Preparesscholarshipapplicationprocessforstudentsandcoordinatesscholarshipapplication
- Readingandscoring.
- Supportsinplanningandconducting lifeskillstrainingprograms,
- Englishcommunicationclasses,andpre-placementsupportprograms.
- Assistsinoperationsanddatabasemanagementproceduresand
- coordinatesdesignandmaintenanceofscholarshipMIS.
- Coordinationofspecialeventssuchasexposurevisit,scholarmeetandothereventsasplanned.
- Periodicactivityandfinancialplanningandreportingasperthecalendar.
- Anyotherprojectrelatedassignment.
Minimum Experience:
- MastersorB.Techdegreeinanystream.Relatedexperienceperformingthedutiesof the jobmaysubstituteforthe degree requirementonayear-for-yearbasis.
- Minimum2-3years’experienceinafoundation/developmentorganization.Scholarshipmanagementexperiencewouldbeanadvantage.
