LEHS INVITES PROPOSALS FOR THE SUPPLY OF ONE INVERTERS WITH TWO BATTERIES AT 10 FACILITIES IN THE JAIPUR DISTRICTS OF RAJASTHAN

I.INTRODUCTION & BACKGROUND
LEHS, a not-for-profit organization works towards improving the quality and access to primary healthcare services for underserved communities. The Organization is working on primary healthcare models through a partnership with State governments, international agencies, and the private sector by appropriately introducing promising healthcare innovations in the public health system in order to build an equitable, innovation-led, and evidence-based quality healthcare system within easy reach of the underserved population of Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, and Assam. WISH (Wadhwani Initiative for Sustainable Healthcare) is a flagship program of LEHS in India.
LEHS is playing the role of a facilitator in setting up and operationalizing technology-enabled Health and Wellness Centers in alignment with the Government of India’s vision of provisioning of comprehensive healthcare services at the primary healthcare facilities (HWC-SCs and PHCs, UPHCs). The operational diversity of the model of Health and Wellness Centers across states has elements comprising Teleconsultation, Point of care devices for diagnostics EHR and Automatic Drug Vending machines. One such model will include strengthening a First Referral Unit (FRU) to provide specialist teleconsultations in U-PHCs. In order to upgrade the existing RPHCs/ UPHCs and SCs to HWCs, a holistic assessment of the readiness of the facilities is essential. In this context, a detailed facility-based gap/readiness assessment is planned to be conducted in 100 facilities across four states of Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, and Assam.

IV.FACILITY-WISE ITEM DISTRIBUTION-
Kindly mention the transportation/delivery cost in rates (Items directly delivered at the facility location by the vendor)
V.ORGANIZATIONS/COMPANIES ARE REQUESTED TO SUBMIT THEIR BIDS IN CONSIDERATION OF THE POINTS MENTIONED BELOW: -
- Please provide your best rates with taxes, delivery charges at mentioned locations. Your quotation should also include name of the brand with specifications.
- Delivery and Installation would be required in Sub centers as per the above list (point-3).
- Any breakage/ damage during transportation will be the sole responsibility of the vendor. All material should be insured during the transit by the vendor.
- Delivery and Installation would be required within 7 days of order at mentioned facilities
- Payment will be made on submission of invoice with certification of delivery, installation & orientation of user.
- Kindly mention your payment/transportation cost & delivery terms in the bid.
- The quantities mentioned are tentative and may change at the time of placing the order.
- LEHS reserves the right to award the contract to one or more bidders, accordingly the final quantities required may be divided among successful bidders. The quantities so divided will be at sole discretion of LEHS.
- LEHS reserves the right to cancel the bid(s) and may call for fresh bids. LEHS also has the right to reject any bid without assigning any reason.
- If there is delay in delivery, the penalty clause will be imposed as per LEHS policy. LEHS also reserves the right to cancel the entire order in case of delay for more than 10 days from the scheduled delivery dates.
- Bids incomplete in any respect, will not be considered.
Attachments/Enclosures with proposal:
The proposal should be submitted with brief profile of the organization and should contain:
1. Covering letter reference of all enclosures or attachments.

Mandatory enclosures:
- Please submit the following as enclosures or attachment with your quotation. Bidders must provide all the information requested below. Quotations that do not provide the required information and certificates, or do not follow the submission requirements may not be reviewed.
- Company Profile, testimonials, work completion reports, purchase orders, reference (NGOs).
- GST registration certificate.
- PAN registration.
- TAN registration.
- MSME certificate if registered.
- Audited Financials for last three years (3 pages).
- Income Tax Return for last three years.
- Cancelled cheque.
- Copy of registration documents/certificate and most recent renewal as a legal entity.
- Preferably Private Ltd company and has sound business records.

VI.DELIVERABLE AND TIMELINE
All responses to this RFP must be received no later than 7th February 2024. The proposal should be submitted only through e-mail in PDF format addressed to CEO, LEHS|WISH Foundation in the below-given e-mail id: rfp@wishfoundationindia.org
All inquiries and requests for information must be submitted no later than 4th February 2023 by e-mail on the above e-mail id. Inquires and answers to inquiries will be shared with all.
LEHS | WISH will not compensate agencies for their preparation of a response to this RFP.
If any vendor/agency find itself suitable to apply for selected activities/items, the concern vendor/agency may apply for the same relevant/selected activities/items.
Only shortlisted organizations will receive an acknowledgment and will be called for personal interactions-presentation / negotiations. Organizations that do not hear from us within two weeks from the last date of submission of the proposal may assume that their application has not been successful.
LEHS|WISH reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to negotiate terms and conditions with the selected vendor. The acceptance of any proposal is at the sole discretion of LEHS|WISH.
