S2 Senior Engineer - Full Stack (Remote)

Roles & Responsibilities
· Lead the design and implementation of scalable software solutions using ASP.NET and ASP.NET Core.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software.
· Implement modern design patterns to enhance application efficiency and scalability.
· Utilize Entity Framework and Entity Framework Core for data access layer design and optimization.
· Drive continuous improvement in our software development processes.
· Ensure code quality through rigorous testing and code review processes.
· Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in software development.
· Contribute to the research and development efforts bringing innovative ideas to the table.
· Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
· Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
· Participate in the entire application lifecycle focusing on coding and debugging.
· Troubleshoot and debug applications.
Key Qualifications
· Must have extensive experience with ASP.NET ASP.NET Core Design Patterns Entity Framework and Entity Framework Core.
· Strong understanding of the full software development life cycle.
· Proven experience in Research and Development domain is essential.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Commitment to achieving project goals and deadlines.

The annual salary for this position is between $ 52,000.00– $147,600.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
