Role :
We are in search of an experienced Sales Director to spearhead our sales strategy and team expansion, supporting our ambitious goal of tripling our growth year over year.
This role is pivotal for someone who has a proven track record in not only closing clients but also crafting and leading comprehensive sales strategies for a high-growth business within the services industry.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in navigating the early stages of business scaling, demonstrating an ability to both secure new business and architect a robust sales infrastructure to sustain rapid expansion.
Responsibilities :
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Move all prospects to the proper stage of the pipeline via CRM throughout the day
- Maintain a clear, up to date and accurate pipeline in our CRM
- Follow up diligently and consistently with potential clients over extended periods of time
- Document all interactions with all prospects and clients in the "notes" section of CRM, escalating to Support team as needed
- Educate prospects on our products from an expert perspective
Results :
- Grow revenue from $1 million to $3 million by the end of year two
- Build a cold-calling and cold-emailing outbound lead generation campaign within the first three months
- Refine this process as often as necessary
- Expand our list of scheduled routes
- Expand our relationships within the banking, professional services, medical, and manufacturing spaces
Requirements :
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be great at presenting
- Excellent at building rapport
- 5+ years of proven experience in sales leadership, with a track record of successfully scaling b2b sales operations and achieving revenue growth targets servicing contracts of $100k+ ACV
- Experience in achieving at least 200-300% YoY revenue growth for a company with $1M+ in annual revenue is required
