Job Title :Sales Director

Type : Full-Time, Remote

Working Hours : Mondays - Fridays 9 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm (EST)

Compensation : USD $2,000 - $3,000 per month + Commission (Salary based on assessment)

Role :

We are in search of an experienced Sales Director to spearhead our sales strategy and team expansion, supporting our ambitious goal of tripling our growth year over year.

This role is pivotal for someone who has a proven track record in not only closing clients but also crafting and leading comprehensive sales strategies for a high-growth business within the services industry.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in navigating the early stages of business scaling, demonstrating an ability to both secure new business and architect a robust sales infrastructure to sustain rapid expansion.

Responsibilities :

Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships

Move all prospects to the proper stage of the pipeline via CRM throughout the day

Maintain a clear, up to date and accurate pipeline in our CRM

Follow up diligently and consistently with potential clients over extended periods of time

Document all interactions with all prospects and clients in the notes section of CRM, escalating to Support team as needed

Educate prospects on our products from an expert perspective

Allow the Sales Team to shadow calls and give feedback

Available from 9 am-5 pm EST to take calls

Use both internal and external resources to maintain up to date knowledge of our products and industry

Be mindful of any emerging patterns of negative feedback from clients and report to the Sales Team

Collaborate with driver management team as well as the dispatch team to ensure smooth transitions from program to program and beyond

Quickly escalate clients as needed through Customer Success Manager for action-planning

Results :

Grow revenue from $1 million to $3 million by the end of year two

Build a cold-calling and cold-emailing outbound lead generation campaign within the first three months

Refine this process as often as necessary

Expand our list of scheduled routes

Expand our relationships within the banking, professional services, medical, and manufacturing spaces

Research and develop new lines of business

Hire two A-player sales associates (closers) within first six months

One associate to land more scheduled accounts

One associate to land more hotshot / on-demand accounts

Work with the Driver Manager to prepare proposals, request quotes, and negotiate service terms and conditions for customers

All prospects are properly moved in CRM and information is documented

A close rate of 20% of Outbound eligible clients received per month is maintained

All qualified prospects are consistently followed up with indefinitely

Complete end-of-day KPI reports

There is an effective line of communication between the Sales Manager and the rest of the Sales Team in which all necessary information is communicated in a timely manner

Sales Manager remains well versed in the latest product offerings through continued education / trainings

Requirements :

Excellent communication skills

Must be great at presenting

Excellent at building rapport

5+ years of proven experience in sales leadership, with a track record of successfully scaling b2b sales operations and achieving revenue growth targets servicing contracts of $100k+ ACV

Experience in achieving at least 200-300% YoY revenue growth for a company with $1M+ in annual revenue is required

Demonstrated proficiency with leading sales tools and CRM software, such as HubSpot and Apollo.io

Well organized and able to maintain a pipeline that can be observed and understood by the Sales Team

Are routine driven

Experience in recruiting, training, and leading a high-performance sales team

Understanding of the logistics and delivery industry is a significant advantage, but not a requirement

Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to change and driving results under tight deadlines
