Compensation : USD $2,000 - $3,000 per month + Commission (Salary based on assessment)

Position Overview : We are in search of an experienced Sales Director to spearhead our sales strategy and team expansion, supporting our ambitious goal of tripling our growth year over year.

This role is pivotal for someone who has a proven track record in not only closing clients but also crafting and leading comprehensive sales strategies for a high-growth business within the services industry.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in navigating the early stages of business scaling, demonstrating an ability to both secure new business and architect a robust sales infrastructure to sustain rapid expansion.

Responsibilities :

Generating New Business & Closing Deals

  • Identify and target key opportunities in the market to secure new business.
  • Lead the negotiation and closing of deals, ensuring alignment with the company's growth targets and strategic objectives.
  • Foster strong relationships with new clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that supports the company's ambitious growth plans, including setting clear targets and KPIs.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to continually refine and optimize the sales approach, ensuring it remains agile and responsive to market feedback.
  • Collaborate with company leadership to ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration and customer satisfaction.

Hiring a Inside-Sales Team

  • Identify, recruit, and hire top-tier sales talent capable of supporting rapid business growth and scaling efforts.
  • Design and implement a training program that equips the sales team with the necessary skills, knowledge, and tools to effectively sell the company's services and achieve their targets.
  • Establish a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales team, setting clear expectations and providing ongoing coaching and support.

Sales Operations and Performance Management

  • Oversee sales operations, including the management of sales pipelines, forecasting, and the implementation of CRM systems to streamline sales processes.
  • Regularly review sales performance data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement, making data-driven decisions to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Implement performance management strategies to motivate and reward high performance, including setting up incentive programs and defining career progression paths for team members.

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key clients to ensure long-term partnership and satisfaction, leading to repeat business and referrals.
  • Act as a point of escalation for resolving complex client issues or concerns, ensuring they are addressed promptly and effectively to maintain trust.
  • Solicit client feedback to inform product development and service enhancements, ensuring the company's offerings continue to meet and exceed client expectations.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in sales leadership, with a track record of successfully scaling sales operations and achieving revenue growth targets servicing contracts of $100k+ ACV.
  • Experience in achieving at least 200-300% YoY revenue growth for a company with $1M+ in annual revenue is required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with leading sales tools and CRM software, such as HubSpot and Apollo.io.
  • Understanding of the logistics and delivery industry is a significant advantage, but not a requirement.
  • Experience in recruiting, training, and leading a high-performance sales team.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to change and driving results under tight deadlines.
