Supports the assigned Sales organization (division and market) and customers during the proposal process by preparing technical descriptions of the products and technology, determining costs, preparing final documentation, and serving as a key technical resource in the assigned area.

This position reports to

Local / Hub Division Manager

Your responsibilities

  • Identifying new business opportunities and creating clear strategies to convert them.
  • Coordinating the information flow around sales activities and providing forecasts and market intelligence to marketing and sales.
  • Establishing strong customer relationships and maintaining a positive customer experience throughout the sales process, including post-sale.
  • Conducting contract risk assessments and working closely with relevant parties to mitigate risks.
  • Building a robust sales organization through best practices, training and cross-collaboration.
  • Handling of purchase orders, from entry to delivery and invoicing with all the intermediate steps related to logistics support, purchase to factory, etc.

Your background

  • Bachelor s Degree complete.
  • 2 years of experience working in similar position.
  • Experience and knowledge in logistics.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (advanced) and ERP is desirable.
  • Detail-oriented supply chain management.
  • Intermediate level of English.
