Your impact:

We are currently seeking experienced Salesforce Technologists to join our team at First Chair Services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record with a minimum of 1-2 projects involving Salesforce platform development, whether as an architect, developer, configurator, business analyst, data engineer or quality assurance tester.

In this role, you may be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize your firsthand experience to design, develop, and/or customize solutions on the Salesforce platform that meet business requirements and industry best practices.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including business analysts and project managers, to gather and understand their requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and develop scalable solutions using declarative tools, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Implement and manage Salesforce templates, themes, and branding elements to ensure a consistent and visually appealing user interface.
• Build and enhance customer portals, communities, and self-service portals to drive engagement and provide an intuitive user experience.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.
• Conduct thorough unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and perform debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects and administrators, to ensure seamless integration with other Salesforce products.
• Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce technologies and industry trends, and provide recommendations for process improvements and innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Fluent in English (Written and verbal)
• Minimum of 1-2 projects involving Salesforce platform development as a primary developer, configurator, business analyst, or quality assurance tester.
• Proficient in one or multiple of the following Salesforce Clouds is preferred but not required:
• Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Industries Cloud (Vlocity CPQ), Manufacturing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and/or Salesforce Contracts
• Proficient in one or multiple of the following Salesforce Appexchange products is preferred but not required:
• Logik.io
• Conga (Composer and/or Contracts for Salesforce)
• DocuSign (eSign)
• Proficiency in Salesforce platform technologies, including Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL.
• Strong knowledge of customizing and configuring Salesforce templates, themes, and branding elements.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce security models, data models, and sharing rules.
• Experience working in Agile development methodologies and utilizing related tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
