- SAP PP-QM consulting for a global SAP rollout project. Implementation of SAP for Belgium plant and consequent support for client tickets meeting SLA.
Key Responsibilities
- SAP Configuration and support
- Ownership and meeting SLA for tickets
- Liaison with client and Cognizant teams at onsite and offshore/nearshore
- Troubleshoot issues & solve problems / bottlenecks
- Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
Essential Skills:
- Strong experience in the SAP PP and SAP QM and Plant Maintenance
- Experience in SAP Production Planning encompassing following skills :-
- PP-Demand Management,
- PP-Long Term Planning,
- PP-Master data,
- PP-Process Order execution,
- PP Integration
- Configuration experience with SAP ECC Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules
- Experience in the following areas: planning, manufacturing, distribution, inventory management, sales.
- Demonstrated skills in leading the implementation and integration of shop floor systems with other systems, such as MES and LIMS
- Ability to write requirements definitions and design specifications clearly.
- Developing functional specifications and testing enhancements for ECC.
- The ability to train users on ECC PP and QM (MRP, Long Term Planning, Demand Management, and MPS).
- Experience setting up master data in SAP ECC for production planning, including BOMs, routings, work centers, and production versions.
- Integration of SAP PP/QM with SAP ME, MII, and LIMS will be an added benefit.
- Troubleshoot SAP issues and manage SAP support interactions, including researching and recommending OSS notes, and creating and following up on SAP incidents.
- Track record of delivering on commitments (on budget, on time, and high quality) during projects.
- Improve processes, increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, and resolve issues by proactively using business analysis techniques.
Nice to Have Skills.
- Life Science industry experience
- Validated system (GXP) experience.
- Consulting skills in SAP
- Good Communication skill in English and Dutch
- Ability to make sound decisions and solve problems.
- Ability to manage customer expectations, communicate issues & statuses.
