For the TOCC Project we are looking for a colleague to cover AMER timezone to increase coverage to 24 / 5 together with colleague from EMEA and APJ timezone.
We are mainly looking for a colleague with a technician background for analyzing problems and implementing solutions for SAP Tools with also service management tasks on a smaller scale.
Must have :
- Technical analysis of incidents and performance or synchronization issues
- Suggesting preventive measures and engaging proactive incident prevention
- Documentation of processes
- Steering of Problem Management processes
- Engaging in incident calls
- Stakeholder management
Nice to have :
- SAP) Network infrastructure knowledge for root cause analysis
- Knowledge of SAP Tools (TIC, SPC, CAM, FRUN, LAMA etc)
