1. A strong background engineering and troubleshooting enterprise Windows devices, specifically laptops, as well as the Windows 10 Operating
2. System.Engineering or L2/L3 Support Experience with Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM - current branch) & Windows 10 OS. Intune and/or co-management experience is a plus. Experience in Aternity is a plus.
3. Evolving experience across Level 1 and Level 2 support roles preferably in the technology stack previously described.
