We are looking for a Semi Senior Accountant for our Argentina Accounting SSC (shared service center). The SSC was stablished in 2006 and is responsible for keeping the revenue accounting of the subsidiaries in the region, general accounting, verifying accounts receivable and reporting management for the region, issuing PTP solutions, and identifying financial risks.

Responsibilities:
- Perform monthly closing tasks and ensure accurate and timely booking of journal entries to maintain financial records.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements in compliance with mandatory accounting standards of the country (Local GAAP or IFRS).
- Calculate income tax provision and deferred tax, ensuring compliance with relevant tax regulations.
- Perform quarterly direct and indirect tax accounts reconciliations, identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary accounting information to support statutory audits.
- Analyze financial statements, identify significant fluctuations and understand its root causes.
Qualifications:
- Students currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related fields.
- +1 years of working experience in the accounting field.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
