As a Senior Account Manager, you are responsible for aligning client and team objectives. You will interface with client teams as a day-to-day contact, field questions, bring clarity to campaign delivery needs and add value at all stages of the campaigns. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and the ability to develop appropriate relationships with clients and internal team members to understand better and mitigate any issues customers may face. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, managing projects, meeting deadlines, and keeping track of all clients' information.

Responsibilities:

  • Be passionate about understanding the client’s business, their challenges, their goals, and their competition. Know them as well as they know themselves. This will help you provide the best service and solve deeper challenges.
  • Knowing all there is to know about the client’s product/service, the market and its consumer.
  • Strengthening our relationship with the clients, becoming their go-to resource – you’ll win them over by asking the right questions, real-time dialogue, and being visible and influential.
  • Managing client and agency team expectations, day in and out, and helping clear roadblocks to success
  • Partner and collaborate with other agency departments on project deliverables to ensure the best work is always going to the clients.
  • Creating dependable, organized and clear communications at all levels and across all departments
  • Set your agency team up for success at every turn – anticipate the needs of your teammates and get them the information they need to do their job most successfully.
  • Maintain a clear understanding of the overarching strategy on all assigned projects and represent the voice of the client in all internal discussions.
  • Develop reports based on the performance of monthly campaigns across several platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook & Instagram.
  • Provide customer support and updates on live campaigns during the month.
  • Define, monitor and analyze trends in clients’ KPIs
  • Actively test and analyze keywords, advertising copy, landing pages, and positioning to drive results in line with client's goals
  • Communicate performance results and strategy recommendations to clients & secure buy-in from decision-makers
  • Create monthly business reviews & other client-facing presentations that outline performance, insights from testing, and key strategic opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or account management
  • A strong understanding of how to communicate with teams and work from both client and agency sides
  • Passionate curiosity about the digital marketing landscape. Must have a great understanding and a strong background in Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
  • Be able to form trusting relationships internally and externally.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize within a dynamic environment.
  • Strong organization and time management skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and team player
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, managing projects and meeting deadlines - potentially in a different time zone than many colleagues
  • Awareness of digital marketing fundamentals, with an interest in learning more
  • Knowledge of remote working software, including Asana, Slack, etc.
