Job Description Summary
Bleach Brand Manager will be responsible for leading Ayudin Bleach Business in Argentina, being responsible for delivering category Share of Market & Financial Targets, by leading key projects, executing Innovation & Communication Campaigns.
This position implies being responsible for a total business of USD 40M NCS in Argentina, as well as leading Uruguay Business.
In this role, you will :
- Develop and execute innovative brand strategies.
- Manage end-to-end brand campaigns, from concept to execution, ensuring brand consistency.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for brand growth.
- Lead cross-functional teams, to align brand strategies with overall business objectives.
- Analyze and report key performance Brand Indicators.
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities.
- Lead Category P&L.
- Lead Uruguay Business.
What we look for :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field or equivalent working experience.
- Proven experience in brand management, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Curiosity, proactivity, and ownership skills required.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Results-driven with a focus on ROI and measurable outcomes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficient English.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience Leading Brands.
