General Description

As a Business Analyst & Storyteller you will work for the Our People Strategic team analyzing people related data, creating meaningful insight through storytelling, and building visualization.

This role will support HR and senior leaders in monitoring key people metrics and initiatives while contributing to the decision-making process.

You will help define the people strategies for attracting, retaining and developing our talent.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Capturing quantitative and qualitative meaningful data related to our employees’ experience and behavior
  • Analyzing financial data for adequate monitoring of personnel expenses
  • Converting HR metrics and data into visual stories using data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau
  • Creating dashboards that support ongoing projects and repeated data inquiries
  • Articulating findings clearly and concisely, and creating data-driven content with unique narratives to be included in infographics, presentations and reports
  • Writing reports that will be shared within and outside the HR division including the CEO and senior executives
  • Serving as internal advisor while collaborating with team members, colleagues from other departments and IT, enabling insight that can empower better decision-making

Supervisory Responsibilities :

This Job has no supervisory responsibilities but in special circumstances may lead the work of others.

Minimum Education

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics / Mathematics / Computer Science, or Business School

Experience

Experience in manipulation & analysis of large, complex datasets and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) a plus.

Certifications / Licenses

Business Analyst CertificationPMPMicrosoft Certified Professional (MCP)

Other Qualifications

  • Knowledge of financial concepts and budget management
  • Detail-oriented, organized, exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Self-driven, agile and able to work independently and on multiple engagements simultaneously
  • Creative thinker and an outstanding storyteller
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Experience with developing or monitoring metrics.
  • Ability to present and interact with all levels of management including executive leadership
