At AES, we are seeking a Senior Consultant Data Scientist in HRIS to join our team :
Responsibilities :
Data Analysis and Visualization
- Extract, clean, and transform HR-related data from various sources to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to workforce demographics, performance metrics, engagement levels, and more.
- Develop interactive data visualizations and dashboards to communicate complex HR insights to stakeholders effectively.
Predictive Modeling
- Build predictive models to forecast attrition rates, employee performance, and other critical HR outcomes.
- Collaborate with HR business partners to define relevant metrics and key performance indicators for workforce planning and optimization.
- Use statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to identify factors influencing employee turnover, engagement, and productivity.
Talent Analytics
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to design and conduct analyses on talent acquisition, employee development, and succession planning.
- Provide data-driven insights to guide strategic workforce planning, such as identifying skill gaps and determining training needs.
- Assist in the development of metrics and benchmarks to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
Employee Experience Enhancement
- Analyze employee feedback and engagement survey data to uncover trends and sentiment, helping to improve workplace satisfaction and well-being.
- Develop sentiment analysis models to understand employee sentiment and identify areas for improvement in company culture and policies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with IT and other stakeholders to ensure the security, privacy, and compliance of HR data and analytics.
- Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience linking cross-functional applications between disparate business units in the HRIS ecosystem.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, HR Analytics, or a related field.
- Over 3 years of proven experience as a Data Scientist, preferably with experience in HR analytics.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation, analysis, and modeling.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools to create interactive and insightful dashboards.
- Experience with machine learning algorithms, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis.
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and HR-related data sources. Workday Preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business questions into data-driven solutions.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and industry trends is highly desirable.
