Mission:

The Data Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that the data migration process is executed smoothly and efficiently. They will work closely with the team to ensure that the data is transformed and cleansed to meet the standards of the new system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undergo product training to understand how the new software products work, their data storage mechanism and data migration tools.

• During client projects, analyze and profile data to understand the transformations needed.

• Work with team to map the fields and validate.

• Use SQL, Excel and other mechanisms to transform and cleanse data.

• Use In-Built product tools and other external tools shared during training to load and test the data in new system.

• Test the data to confirm as per standards.

• Run jobs to load data in bulk.

• Validate.

 

Preferred experience:

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a related field.

• Strong knowledge of SQL, Excel, and data processing/transformation.

• Experience with data migration tools.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Fluent English.
