Our mission is to annihilate inefficiency by developing new and innovative approaches to the way we work across the Highmark Health enterprise.

We do this by delivering consulting projects that optimize operating models, deploy new capabilities, reduce drivers of cost level, transform our culture, and stand up new ways of working.

Our Senior Consultants are a critical part of the team and take on roles that distill insights, develop and deliver recommendations to senior executives, and may be asked to lead projects and team members.

Define the design and layout of each analysis, interfacing with the client to ensure data accuracy and quality, performing market research and data analysis.

Support client and customer immersion activities, including stakeholder interviews, market research, customer and branding experience audits.

Create compelling presentations with a solid point of view, whether in PowerPoint slides or other formats.Other related duties as assigned.
