Senior, Infrastructure Engineer

Your New Role
As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you will design and maintain the organization's platform infrastructure, including Servers, Storages, SAN, Virtualization and Application servers.
Your Role Accountabilities
• Operating systems /Virtualization platform administration (Windows / Linux /VMware).
• Install, configure and maintain hardware components, including servers and storages.
• Implement and manage containerization and orchestration solutions (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Active Directory, Citrix and Nagios administration.
• Implement security measures to safeguard the organization's infrastructure from threats and vulnerabilities.
• Periodically review vulnerability dashboards and implement remediations.
• Support audits and compliance reporting as needed.
• Configure and control of periodic backups.
• Plan and execute infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with other IT teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure components.
The Essentials
• Proven experience in infrastructure design, security management, hardware and storage administration.
• Broad knowledge and experience in virtualization (VMWare), OS administration(Windows & Linux), backup and monitoring solutions.
• Experience in the implementation of path management and remediation of vulnerabilities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong communication, documentation skills and project management.
The Nice to Haves
• Experience in in Active Directory, Citrix and databases.
• General knowledge of scripting languages such as Python & PowerShell.
• Experience in Agile Methodologies (Scrum).
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms is a plus.
