Job Requirements :
- Experience : A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in marketing is required.
- Industry Background : Previous experience in the financial industry or related IT fields is highly preferred. Understanding the nuances of these sectors will be advantageous in this role.
- SEO and Advertisement Experience : While not mandatory, experience in search engine optimization (SEO) and digital advertising is considered a significant advantage.
- Language Skills : Fluent English language skills are a must, as you will be working in an international environment and collaborating with global teams.
- Content Creation : Candidates must submit successful content creation cases, including examples of website design, email campaigns, ad designs, articles, or other relevant content projects.
Your portfolio should showcase your creativity, strategic thinking, and ability to drive results through compelling content.
Essential Responsibilities Include :
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Algoseek's products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify target markets and customer segments.
- Create and oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns, including SEO optimization and digital advertising.
- Lead content creation efforts, ensuring high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our audience.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to maximize effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
- Manage and mentor junior marketing team members.
Degree Required :
Marketing degree, preferred but not required.
Certification (preferred but not required) :
- Capital Markets & Securities Analyst (CMSA) Certificate
- Capital Markets Professional Certificate
- Marketing Certificate
Compensation :
Pay range will depend on experience and level of education
Standard Shift :
Weekdays Monday to Friday Eastern Standard Time
