Teladoc Health’s Senior Motion Graphics Designer is at the center of our best-in-class in-house creative group. A many-skilled talent, you must have skills in design, Motion Graphics and video editing bringing our stories to life in living, breathing content.
In any given day, you could be asked to develop storyboards and shoot, edit and / or animate content for many markets and all channels including social, web and digital out-of-home.
You’ll pair with a team of Art Directors, Copywriters and Content Creators around the world to deliver campaigns that help the world live Healthier Ever After.
To accomplish these results, you’ll own the creation and delivery of impactful campaigns across every channel, product, and health condition.
Our ideal candidate is a modern, multi-hyphenate talent who will help shape our vision for brand content and how we connect with audience both a strategic thinker and a hands-on doer.
In-House agency roles are different in the best way. This is a highly cross-functional role, in which you’ll partner closely with our Consumer Marketing, HR, and Comms teams, as well as Product, Design, Clinical, Data Science, Health Coaching, and Engineering personnel, on a variety of initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and Execute Motion Graphics Aligned with Brand Messaging : Craft and implement engaging Motion Graphics that effectively convey Teladoc Health's core messages of "Always cared for" and "Healthcare that gets you from where you are to where you'd like to be.
Ensure that all designs resonate with our audience and enhance their understanding of virtual healthcare services.
Establish Motion Design Standards for Telehealth Services : Define and implement the visual and motion design language for Teladoc Health's range of virtual healthcare products and services.
This includes creating guidelines and best practices for animations and transitions across various channels internal, Meta, TikTok and paid social, YouTube and google ads, live events, and more.
Lead High-Quality Design Projects from Start to Finish : Take charge of Motion Graphics projects, from conceptualization to execution.
This involves crafting innovative design proposals, iterating based on feedback, and overseeing the implementation process to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Adapt and Edit Video Content for Streamlined Delivery : Edit and refine broadcast video content for efficient streaming delivery, tailored to the needs of a telehealth audience.
This includes daily editing tasks and ensuring the successful delivery of stream assets.
Edit and Publish Content on Digital Platforms : Responsible for editing and publishing broadcast clips tailored for Teladoc Health's online presence, including the company website and YouTube channel.
Contribute to Video Content for Online Platforms : Assist in editing and producing premium video content for Teladoc Health's online platforms, focusing on lifestyle and healthcare topics that align with the company's mission and services.
Collaborate Across Teams to Amplify Brand Message : Work in collaboration with marketing, communications, and other cross-functional teams to ensure that Motion Graphics and video content effectively amplify Teladoc Health's brand message and reach the intended audience.
Stay Abreast of Industry Trends and Technologies : Continuously update skills and knowledge in Motion Graphics and video production, staying ahead of industry trends and technological advancements to keep Teladoc Health at the forefront of virtual healthcare presentation.
Knowledge of and hands on experience with AI tools a huge plus.)
Qualifications Required for Position
5+ years of Creative experience
Proficient in After Effects, Premiere, Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator
An innovative and creative vision for communications strategies and development
Passion for making a positive impact in people’s lives
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
Proven success executing on a broad spectrum of marketing communications projects
