This position is organized within Lenovo’s Chief Security Office and supports the CSO’s vision of Secure and Trusted Technology for All and mission to position Lenovo as a Leader and Enabler of Intelligent Transformation through a Comprehensive and Cohesive Security Program. This position will serve on a team that functions as Lenovo’s global sales focal point for communicating, promoting, and evolving Lenovo’s leadership and commitment to security.

Job Responsibilities: 

The Senior Program Manager will support the CSO’s global Security Advocacy team, playing a vital role in orchestrating the success of critical initiatives, strategic program planning, leading cross-functional teams, and effectively managing budgets. This entails proficiency of stakeholder management to ensure clear communication and alignment with program goals. The role demands expertise in risk management to identify, assess, and mitigate potential challenges. Commitment to quality assurance drives the team to deliver high-caliber results, and resource allocation skills to optimize efficiency.

 As a change management expert, adaptability to evolving needs is crucial for implementing adjustments while maintaining program integrity. The role extends to continuous improvement, utilizing feedback and lessons learned to enhance future initiatives. Essential functions and duties include:

· Managing programs and projects supporting the global Security Advocacy program, actively overseeing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

· Overseeing Lenovo’s security subject matter expert certification program, identifying, training, and certifying security subject matter experts within the International Sales Organization

· Developing security education and training programs for diverse stakeholders, from sales teams to executives

· Managing, maintaining, and reporting metrics demonstrating the effectiveness of the global Security Advocacy team

· Analyzing data and creating visual reports and dashboards

· In partnership with Communications and Marketing teams, create, review, and maintain security collateral for internal and external use

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Competencies (KSAC’s): 

· Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical personnel at all levels of the organization

· Strong ability to manage multi-faceted program requirements within Lenovo’s security enterprise areas

· Creative, innovative, and entrepreneurial mindset

· Demonstrated technical knowledge and competency using Microsoft SharePoint or similar platform to create websites that store, organize, share, and access information

· Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills

· Strong ability to build credibility quickly with internal and external stakeholders

· Demonstrable skill in navigating highly-collaborative, complex, matrixed organizations

· Strong ability to manage ambiguous situations assertively but tactfully

·  Ability to manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment

 Job Requirements:

· 8+ years comprehensive experience in managing programs and projects in support of Product Security, Supply Chain Risk Management, Cybersecurity/Information Security, and/or Physical Security programs

· Extensive experience interacting with and successfully developing and managing relationships with internal and external customers (entry level to senior executives)

· Extensive experience managing and navigating program/project management tools (such as Smartsheet)

· Experience managing and navigating CRM tools (such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics) and sales enablement platforms (such as SAVO or Highspot)

Preferred Requirements:

· Program/Project Management certifications (PMP, PgMP, or other relevant certifications) 

· Master’s Degree 

Educational Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree required

Travel Requirements:

· This role will require travel (less than 20%)

We are open to this role being worked remotely from anywhere in the US.

The base salary budgeted range for this position is $150K-195K. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission. Lenovo’s various benefits can be found on www.lenovobenefits.com.
