Overall mission

Reporting to the Global Executive & Strategic Talent Sourcing Lead, you will  manage the end-to-end recruitment process and the selection of suitable candidates, provide excellent recruiting and advisory service to hiring managers and HR to attract high-quality candidates source and nurture a pipeline of industry experts and future leaders for pre-identified main positions to support growth in all markets. Provide market insights for main talent segments and enable Givaudan to hire the best talent on the market at an time with the least business interruption as a part of Global Talent Acquisition at Givaudan while ensuring that the process is efficient.

Main responsibilities

  •  Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and the selection of suitable candidates
  •  Provide excellent recruiting and advisory service to hiring managers and HR to attract high-quality candidates
  • Work within the 'Build/Buy/Borrow' stage of workforce planning in the identified teams (Perfumery, Evaluation and Creation, Marketing, Sales and Account management, Regulatory, on high-level specialist or leadership roles.. Bring market knowledge to the discussions by deciphering needs from wants. Initiate sourcing strategies while engaging Givaudan's Talent Communities across main business functions
  • Develop a roadmap of talent identification and engagement measures in close agreement on Senior Business Leads, HR Business Partners and with the Exec. & Talent Sourcing Manager for in scope functions .
  • Work with Regional and Global HRBPs to understand succession planning gaps related to business critical positions on a global scale
  • Maintain global oversight of the progress of international recruitment initiatives to ensure hiring activities are synchronized with our needs.
  • Collaborate with the other team members (Eg. Recruiters) assisting Global TA to ensure seamless process execution for Talent Acquisition
  • Ensure SOPs for strategic sourcing or in cases for the assigned end-to-end recruitments are followed consistently
  • Develop a plan of action (market analysis, sourcing strategy) for an upcoming expansion in a new market in advance of the hiring need by scanning the external markets on scarce talent
  • Build proactive relationships with passive candidates to engage them over the longer term.
  • Innovate to improve the effectiveness of our sourcing approaches.
  • Occasional mentorship and training of Talent Sourcers on processes, best practices and sourcing strategies
  • Expert level of business accumen,market insights and evaluation of talent:. Use knowledge of plans and how strategies play out in the market to guide actions, propose solutions t challenging recruitment projects. Attracts and selects diverse and talent to meet the organisation's needs
  • Expert knowledge of advertising tools and web analytics to help to find the best channels, write convincing job posts, use technology to increase the reach of job ads, and find hidden pockets of highly engaged candidates.

Education / Primary Qualification:

  • Diploma: College or University degree
  • Languages: Fluent in English; familiarity with HR terminology relevant to recruitment

Professional experience

  • 6+ years of experience in recruitment and at least 4 years of end to end life-cycle management experience gained combining recruitment agency and in-house recruitment experience.
  • Knowledge of social media and social networking sites like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, job boards, and professional organizations
  • Experience creating search strategies, mapping markets and gleaning industry insights.
