We are currently looking for a Senior Sales & Business Operation to join our team in Argentina. In this role you'll get the chance to work in close collaboration with our Canadian go-to-market teams, providing operational support to firm leadership in key go to market activities.
The incumbent will play a key role in sales planning, pipeline and forecast management .
As a Senior Associate you will give support to the team in different task related to Salesforce, data clean, reporting and data analytics.
You’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) providing support in several key capabilities :

Detailed responsibilities include :
Support the development, implementation and tracking of Sector and Services strategy and business plans, through preparation, analysis, reporting, logistics, facilitation and follow up
Deliver critical analysis and insights to leaders around marketing activity, sales activity, market and competitive Intelligence, and customer / target Intelligence, to help inform the Business plan and Strategy
Preparation and analysis of the monthly financial reports and opportunities including : identifying issues relating to profitability, and growth, and disseminate to the leadership group
Support the adoption of Salesforce through training, education, and the continuous improvement of value added reporting and dashboards
Report during various meetings on targeting and sales funnel activity, including analysis of trends, issues, and opportunities;
validate and ensure accuracy of Salesforce data with Opportunity leads. Serve as the conduit for best practices
Additional responsibilities may be assigned depending on the needs of the industries. Experience and skills you’ll use to solve :
2 or 3 years of experience in reporting and data support
English skills.
Experience on Salesforce.
Familiarity with Alteryx and Power BI.
University or college degree.
