Please note this is a short-term contract that is expected to last 3-4 months
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions for Sales, Service, and Field Service modules.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions within the Salesforce environment.
- Lead key improvement initiatives, such as integrating service messaging to enhance customer communication via SMS instead of emails, working in conjunction with Marketing Cloud.
- Design, develop, and implement self-service capabilities allowing customers to perform operations themselves, such as rescheduling and canceling appointments, utilizing the Appointment Assistant product from Field Service.
- Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and stability of Salesforce solutions implemented.
- Provide guidance and technical leadership to other team members, sharing best practices and fostering excellence in Salesforce development.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in Salesforce solution development, focusing on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service modules.
- Deep knowledge of Lightning Web Components, and other languages and technologies related to Salesforce.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing complex integrations, especially with external messaging systems and Salesforce products like Marketing Cloud.
- Previous experience in designing and implementing self-service capabilities for customers using Salesforce products such as Appointment Assistant.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to effectively address complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, are highly valued.
