- Plan and coordinate the development of the business cases, ensuring that projects are executed to meet identified business needs and outcome, within agreed parameters of cost, duration and quality.
- Handle and timely execute the procurement of digital systems.
- Assess and apply the appropriate project management methodologies, such as Agile practices, to ensure project success.
- Identify potential project risks and the implications to the organisation and recommend mitigating measures.
- Actively engage and motivate various key partners to deliver and effect positive change in our digital products.
- Have managed complex and large scale implementation/execution of project.
- Strong vendor management and interpersonal ability.
- Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills.
- An adaptable and enterprising personality, with willingness to pick new knowledge and take thoughtful risks.
- Be motivated by innovation to achieve tangible business outcomes.
- Strong presentation skills, both written and verbal, to positively influence key partners.
- Strong risk management and proactive planning.
- Experience in local public sector technical implementations/support project is an added advantage
- Experience in large scale Singapore public sector projects engagement
- Exposure on GCC, GCC+, GDC and cloud implementations, migration to any of these service providers.
- Good Stakeholder management, conflict management
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of relevant working experience as a Project Manager in at least 5 full project development life cycles, with at least one using Agile methodology.
- Project Management-related certifications such as CITPM, COMIT or PMP/PRINCE2.
- Agile-related certification such as Certified Scrum Master
