Job Summary

Cognizant is looking for a highly experienced Lead Business Analyst with a minimum of 15 years of experience in Sharepoint Online  SharePoint Search Configuration  SharePoint Web Content Management  SharePoint-BCS  Sharepoint-Branding  SharePoint-DataSync  and SharePoint-Feature admin. The ideal candidate should also have mandatory domain skill experience in Research and Development.

An ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working in a fast paced, collaborative environment.  Someone that values the “team” and leverages the opinions and expertise of their teammates to deliver quality.

 

Location: Kalamazoo, MI

Work Authorization: You should be legally eligible to work for any employer in the US without the need for a sponsorship now or in the future.

 

Responsibilities :    

• Resource should have prior experience of leading the team from production support and enhancements standpoint
• Resource should be well versed with the SharePoint 2013 and SharePoint 2016
• Resource should be well versed with the OOTB features of the SharePoint
• Resource Should be hands on experience Client Side Script
• Resource should be hands on experience with the coding
• Resource should be having an idea of Nintex and Migration Methodologies
• He should be good in communication  Problem solving skill and flexible for the time management
• He should be having good experience in SharePoint Online and O365
• Resource should have competency on SharePoint admin skills.
• Resource should have extensive knowledge on SharePoint PowerShell scripts.
• Trouble shooting skills while a service or web application is down.
• Create planning and execute the activities based on the planning.
• Good understanding on all the SharePoint object model.
• Good knowledge of IIS
• Worked on L2/L3 support
• SharePoint Online
• Installing  configuring  maintaining  upgrading and managing a SharePoint sites

• SharePoint-Branding
• SharePoint Search Configuring
• SharePoint Web Content Mgmt.
• SharePoint-BCS
• SharePoint-Feature admin
• SharePoint-Data Sync
• SharePoint Online

•            Must possess strong communications skills both verbal and written

•            Develop a training and knowledge transfer plan to IT staff

•            Develop and maintain a product backlog and features list

•            Experience using any agile tool for scrum/sprints

•            Utilize problem solving skills to understand client pain points and troubleshoot as challenges arise

•            Work with business and IT Teams to design end-to-end solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing

•            Interface with business users in a professional manner to understand their requirements and analyze requirements to plan and develop solutions
