As Site Operation Contract Management you will be responsible for Installation Contract Management and activities related to projects profit & loss accountability, and internal/external customer satisfaction through management of processes and tools for financial activities.
As Site Operation Contract Management, you will be responsible for:
- Playing a proactive role in problems prevention during the installation Hand Off by highlighting potential areas of concern/risk on I&C contracts and promptly driving other departments in solving issues, which could affect Project execution.
- Ensuring the rigorous implementation of company processes and initiatives and developing enduring faithful relationship and credibility.
- Supporting the Local Installation Managers on contractual aspects, by assisting them for a prompt issue resolution.
- Working with Regional Installation Teams to cyclically check project billing, Sales, CM, Past Due, billing linearity and cost review.
- Collaborating with main stakeholders (OTR PM & IM, Installation Regions, Sourcing, Contract Admin, ITO, Finance) to elaborate new processes & tools to drive excellence in the future IET Site Operations.
- Offering coaching and training to new Installation Managers hired in the Regions
- Managing financial project with accurate reporting by company tool
- Managing proforma invoice and RDI for external contractors or OEM
- Identifying potential risk factors, which may impact the project
- Ensuring financial targets are met through financials reviews in terms of Revenues forecast, Margin review, Costs analysis and Past due review
- Invoicing to Customer, manage the cost approval cycle and the payment approval process to Vendors
- Supporting Installation Manager during the project Contribution Margin review
- Developing enduring faithful Customer relationships
- Utilizing the internal company management systems, tools and processes necessary for tracking, planning of financials project

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or finance or proven experiences in similar roles.
- Demonstrate an ability to develop and implement strategies to accomplish business goals
- Be confident and with a self-motivated approach, willing to take responsibilities across geographic and business boundaries.
- Be a team player, across all levels of an organization.
- Have excellent communication skills, high self-organization, clear thinker, problem solving of project 'roadblocks' and relationship development with key stakeholders.
- Be fluent in English and willing to travel in the Country and across Countries for meetings/training in the Baker Hughes Regional HQs.
- Have EU Work Permit
