What we are building
The IDSM / Control team is responsible for building and maintaining the components that serve as the pivotal platform supporting service for Identity, Access, and Configuration Management across every cluster within Domino's architecture stack, combined with supporting the use cases around ongoing Domino administration, cost management, and governance controls.
What your impact will be
- Grow and develop a team of hardworking and motivated engineers with high expectations for impact and ownership
- Help craft technical and product strategy including defining technical architecture
- Drive all aspects of software development, from definition & design, through development & testing and eventual release
- Ensure your team develops high-quality code and extraordinary output
- Partner closely with product management to ensure delivery against the product roadmap
What we look for in this role
- Minimum of 3 years of people management experience with an engineering team
- Proven track record of successful leadership and team management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience as a software developer
- Work experience in enterprise software
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field involving coding or equivalent technical experience
