POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES : WHAT DOESSOMEONE IN THIS ROLE ACTUALLY DO?This role requires you to interactwith hundreds of customers each week across the country to resolvesupport issues, sell new products and services, and ensure abest-in-class customer experience.

Essential DutiesHandle inbound and outboundcontacts in a courteous, timely, and professional mannerUtilizeknowledge base and training to accurately answer customer questionsand sell appropriate products and servicesListen to customers,understand their needs, and resolve customer issuesResearch systemsto find missing information;

coordinate with other departments toresolve issues as applicableUtilize systems and technology tocomplete account management tasksAccurately document and processcustomer orders in appropriate systemsFollow all required scripts,policies, and proceduresComply with requirements surroundingconfidential information and personal informationEscalate customerissues to the appropriate staff and managerial for resolution asneededAttend meetings and training and review all new trainingmaterial to stay up-to-date on changes to program knowledge,systems, and processesAdhere to all attendance and work schedulerequirements CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS : WONDER IF YOU ARE AGOOD FIT?

While performing the duties ofthis job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will berequired to sit / stand for long periods while using a computer andtelephone headset.

The employee will be regularly required tooperate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone,copier, and printer.

The employee may occasionally be required tomove about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction;raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold ontoobjects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
